A success story...

It was a wintry morning in Kolkata during Jan 2017, when I walked into the office. Suddenly the office phone rang and the call was from Hyderabad. On the other side of the phone were a worried and an anxious son. He was Mr. T. Bardhan who came straight to the point and said that his mother had broken her arm and had requested us to go to his house and attend to her. I assured him of our help and went with my doctor friend. At Mr. Bardhan's place on primary investigation it was confirmed that the forearm (R) was dislocated and probably a hairline fracture too. It was immediately decided and confirmed that the treatment was not possible from home hence the patient had to be moved to the hospital for further treatment. The patient is a widow aged around 75 years, who lives all by herself on the 4th floor of the building which does not have any lift. For her assistance there were two attendants. Ambulance was called for and to our surprise the stretcher could not be used due to narrow staircase, hence the patient was brought down by the staircase with the aid of a bedroll and was finally moved to Calcutta Heart Clinic. Once we were in Calcutta Heart Clinic, Mrs. Ghosh was moved to the emergency unit where she was examined by the doctor and advised for immediate hospitalization. At this juncture we were interfacing with the hospital staff and doctors for her well being till her son arrived in Kolkata. Once Mr. T. Bardhan was in town we handed him the all the necessary information regarding his mother's treatment. Now we were by his side to provide all necessary support. Currently Mrs. Bardhan has been released from the hospital and lives in her son's flat in Rajarhat.

We have certified Physiotherapists in our panel; can provide the suggestions and the required help with proper appointments.

Hospital Assistance:

We provide necessary support and help to the patients and their families during their hour need of despair and distress; here we interface with the doctors, hospital administration and the patient party till the time any kith or kin of the patient does not arrive.
